Bridal Focus Panel

The Association of Wedding Professionals (AWP) will hold a Bridal Focus Forum at our 10/27 meeting at the Embassy Suites Alexandria (directly across from Metro's King St. stop). The purpose of the Forum is to learn how we (wedding vendors) are doing in the market place.

A panel of recently married couples discuss industry-related issues, i.e., how a vendor or service was selected; what influenced a purchase from “Vendor A” as opposed to “Vendor B;” how was the reception site selected; was an “all-inclusive” venue influential?

We'd like your help to recruit couples that have married since September 2008 that you think would be interesting for us to hear from. It's best if you would call them, invite them to participate, and give them our web address, http://www.weddingprofessionals.org. There, they'll find the Bridal Focus Registration Form available as a Quick Link right on the home page.

To be considered, couples must complete the form and return them to Catherine Calvin by October 1 (directions are on the form). We will select 6 couples from the completed applications. Each couple will be treated to dinner, and will receive $75 for participating.
